Winter is here. West Virginia is a beautiful state but the long winters tend to drag on into a lifetime. I cant stand anything 25 degrees or below. Unlike the unbelievable climate I just left in Hawaii the bitter cold is not as attractive.
Enough about the weather it is Sunday and there was a long list of great NFL games today.
First of all the NFC is horrible and should consider there championship game the super bowl because whoever represents them will get smashed by the AFC.
Da Bears- sorry but you play a weak schedule with a great defense and a horrible offense.
Better luck next year.
Da Vikes- Yea Brad Johnson has done well but that will hit a wall next week against the pissed off STEELERS!
Da Giants- can look good at times but are very undisciplined. One of the most penalized teams in the NFL.
Da Cowboys- dont even deserve a listing....THEY SUCK BALL SWEAT!!!
Carolina - shitty but decent.....they have a lot of up sides except Jake Delhomme is Jake the Mistake.
Tampa Bay - lost to the 49ers....nuff said
Atlanta - Vick cant decide which member of the team to blame because he thinks he's god. Make a choice RB or QB.
Not one contender all pretenders.
Every AFC team in the playoffs will be the top 6 teams in the NFL the rest are just fooling themselves.

granted, it shouldn't have been close against Philly today, but I have faith in the boys in blue.
I wish I could have faith, but I met ELi in college . . and he's a dick to the nth power. And I'm not saying that because he scorned me - he was amazingly great to me . . . but it was the kids that asked for his autograph when we were going out to the bars.
He's a douche.

I especailly love those Manning boys... Lizzie, you're a good woman... Meg, I know how you feel about Eli but we have to agree to disagree...But the Cowboys do suck!!
Now if you want to talk SEC football.... How bout Nutt hiring a high school coach as his new QB coach?? It's about as genius as Fulmer hiring Cutcliffe back... here's my prediction, Vols are going to have a crappy recruiting class b/c Spurrier at South Carolina who is building a dynasty, is going to steal everything out from under us....
bg- SEC is one of the top two conferences in the country. The Big Ten is first then SEC close second. Georgia will have their hands full with the young Mountaineers though. The score should be close and these freshman we have are really fast watchout. Tenn. sucks and I hope they continue to do so. Arkansas is what it is a crappy state that happened to have Bill Clinton in it for a while.

Pk- no the panthers will not win because jake delhomme misses having a receiver opposite stevie superman smith. They are tough but will probably get beat in playoffs. Dan Morgan has been oft injured and with the loss of Jenkins for the year you will miss depth late in the year.

nooooo! Eli is a dick? He looks like he would be a nice guy, kinda sweet. And his brother seems sweet too - at least in those funny commercials he does ("cut that meat!" - ha! cracks me up every time) - so I was hoping it ran in the family. I'm eternally disappointed when I find out my sports heroes are jerks- as they all seem to be. oh well, another one bites the dust.
That's awesome that you got to meet him though. very jealous. "amazingly great to me" makes it sound like there's a story there.

Lizzie- I'm with you, those Peyton commercials are HYSTERICAL!! BTW, I was at UT the same time he was and he was so nice!! He would always take pizzas and stuff to students camping out for tickets to the big games... There were NEVER ANY bad rumors about him.... A true gentleman...
